Direct-to-Film prints your design in CMYK + white ink onto PET film, bonds it with hot-melt powder, and presses onto fabric at 160°C. The result: a print that stretches with the shirt, survives the wash, and pops even on black.
1 · RIP & print
Your artwork is ripped to CMYK layers and printed mirrored onto clear PET film by a dual-head Epson i3200 printer.
2 · White underbase
In the same pass, a dense white ink layer is printed on top of the colors — this is what makes prints pop on dark fabric.
3 · Hot-melt powder
The wet print is dusted with TPU hot-melt adhesive powder that sticks only to the inked areas.
4 · Cure
Film runs through a 120°C curing tunnel, gelling the powder into a flexible glue layer.
5 · Press & peel
15 seconds at 160°C under a heat press, hot peel, done. The print is now part of the shirt.
